Paul, would you mind sharing your thoughts on your recommended rehab exercises for shoulder impingement, tendinitis, bursitis, and labral tissue degeneration/osteo arthritis? I'm trying to avoid bilateral shoulder surgery at all costs. Thanks for your expert insight and terrific videos.
You are a wealth of knowledge. I have severe bilateral shoulder pain that has made my shoulders weak, and limited in range of motion. This has prevented me from doing very basic activities. I used to have strong shoulders, and would regularly train with pull-ups and lat pulldowns -- somehow, intuitively, I've connected those activities to my current situation.
I have this problem, in right shoulder and feel it very good lifting biceps, the outside/front of right shoulder is in pain then. The thing was when training pulldown : in the botton of movement i should have my shoulders down and when the movement is on top i shall stretch my shoulders completely out ?
Am new to exercising and injured my shoulder even though I was working out with a trainer. I believe it was doing lat pull downs. Lifting my arms over my head for anything right now is painful, and the pain is throughout my shoulder. Your video is very well explained. Thanks so much!
ive got a problem with my shoulder when bench pressing it only hurts some times when i do my biceps aswell not as bad as when i bench press tho but its got really bad now hospital have said ive ruptured it can it be fixed and will i be able to train again ive kept off all traiing for 6 weeks i still cant bench press i can shoulder press and doesnt bother me i darent do my back routene incase it makes things worse .... Thanks for the informative video. My left shoulder is visibly higher than my right and I have been having the problems you describe with my right shoulder when doing pull ups, rope climbing etc.
Which exercises would you recommend to correct this imbalance in my posture?
