Now Willshakespeare2007, don't be so harsh on this. This is just a free adaptation for Macbeth. I think it's cool that these kinds of things are made. I have of course read the play (who hasn't btw) but this is a good way of keeping Shakespeare's work alive. And many teachers in the UK are using this series to make school projects as well, so I think it's a good thing. I agree, it's not the Macbeth we are used to, but c'mon man... give it a break...

Well I was a little harsh I confess. it good to see Shakespeare inspiring other work. But Shakepseare is about the language it is poetry. If you remove Shakepseare's language it is not Shakespeare. If you remove the music and lyrics from a song it is no longer that song. He has sold 4 billion books compared to jk rowlings 400 million so there are people would like to see the BBC do the original more.
