  • theres no one in the audience

  • stephen fry is awesome!

  • @TheSobek Don't get me wrong, i love Stephen Fry. He's the closest to a god to me.

  • @TheSobek People are still killing each other over imaginary sky daddies, children are dying of starvation. We're still stuck on this dying planet. People still use money as if it is actually worth anything. We're polluting ourselves to death. We're still dying of simple mutations in our cells. We're just a bunch of ignorant cavemen clubbing each other over the most petty reasons. What have we really achieved? We have barely scratched the surface of our potential.

  • Stephen has been on twice now lol

  • @SoBettoBetto *was

  • clarksons looking goood

  • How come Clarkson hasn't had Hugh Laurie over on the show yet? What's he thinking?!

  • My favorite top gear episode ever. Clarkson kicks ass and Fry is well, brilliant.

  • 6:03 made me laugh so much!

  • wow clarkson is so thin and stephen is ...

  • They both look so young. :o

  • Hmm... I just lost a little bit of respect for Stephen Fry. If he actually thinks that we have achieved anything significant thus far. We've barely crawled out from the cave.

  • @baldurus1 He doesn't claim that, what he means is that we've achieved the most so far by now... and we obviously have. He never said we've achieved a shitton of stuff

  • Its very strange seeing the Top Gear hangar empty...

  • why do i mistake those 2 for each other? for some reason they look alike to me...

  • Maybe I'm just terribly uninformed, but what are they talking about when they say aviation crested and now they're going backwards?

  • @mchandler2112

I believe they're referring to the retirement of the concorde jet. Although given the jet's inefficiency, it may not be a step backward as they're suggesting.

  • @mchandler2112 probably concord being removed from the air

  • Moonshine from potatoes... xD

  • God Clarksons aged since these earlier 'new' Top Gear episodes!

  • @JZZ31 Ford GT...

  • Driving a cap is such a smart thing to do, since it'd be so convenient; I think when I grow up I'll use a black taxi as well.

    Thank you, Stephen. < 3

  • I love Stephen Fry. Such a decent guy.

  • 2:55 And just now I can't understand what Clarksom is saying, which makes it impossible to figure out if they are talking about something profound or just completely bullshitting while trying to keep a straight face.

  • Two of the finest people on British television.

  • I love how Stephen Fry can make even Jeremy Clarkson act slightly geeky!

  • Did anyone else notice that he DIDN'T lean forward when Clarkson was teasing his time?

  • @QRF11B It's bastards. and although I'm not British, I have to say, that in comparison to the Americans, the approximately one frillion times funnier, and more sophisticated. Look at George W. Bush and Sarah Palin and compare them to David Cameron and Margaret Thatcher. And don't even get me started on television programs.

  • @Woesteinvuir I mean "And". So sorry!

  • Comment removed

  • is it me or does fry's nose look bent/broken

  • Am I imagining this or at 1:18, did Stephen say he was banned? I know he got a 6 month ban for speeding in 2006 but that was years after he got a cab and I didn't even know you could get banned just from riding a bike. I wonder what he did.

    Kayleigh

  • "But it's strange, most of the people I know who speak Latin..."

  • Rastergraph. Human anal canal

  • invite hugh laurie damn it!!!

  • stephen fry = british equivalent of morgan freeman

  • @kingofburnttoast

Hmmm... I don't know what to say about that.

Morgan Freeman's awesome, but nowhere near the same class as Stephen Fry.

  • @fossilmx78 Fuck off you whiny little brat. Get over yourself and your country's lack of humor.

  • @NightbringerMinion That is not lack of hummor pussy! It's called Racism you ignorant! and again, I said JEREMY CLARKSON

  • @NightbringerMinion As a Mexican i'm sorry for the ignorant cunts in my country.

  • @fossilmx78 haha yeah, that reminds me of that famous Mexican joke. Wait a minute... Oh dear I apologize, nothing funny has ever come out of Mexico.

  • @ACrissCrossFILMS Yeah you might be right, nothing funny, not even a drop...

Now get involved: youtube.com/watch?v=eLUVQbybqsE and tell

  • they look like brothers

  • is it just me or does jeremy look rather smart these days? good on him for trying harder!

  • @RasterGraph You mean: "Sincerely, a raging cunt"

  • @RasterGraph Thats not very fair, I'm pretty sure he was talking about people like you who go on the internet to just be mean and nasty, there's no need for it. He's not looking down his nose at youtube commentators, he probably meant that commenting on videos results in people fighting. The arguments are pointless and attention-seeking. (Btw I'm not arguing with you, your entitled to your opinion, i'm only trying to show you another point of view). I just hope your opinion of him will change!

  • @LoveMagicMusic

First of all you can stick your assumptions up your arse, I don't go onto the internet to "be mean" in fact I am NOT A FUCKING TOURIST that goes onto the internet. I use the internet every day for more than just trival bullshit like this. I have been USING the interent for 15 years now.

Second I am not interested in what you "think" he meant, I am only interested in WHAT HE SAID.

Third, yes you are picking an arguement. Your make that clear with your openning statement.

  • @RasterGraph After 15 years you still can't spell it. lol.

  • @RasterGraph

That was a joke, I hope...

    *No insult intended*

  • @karik333

Well if it was a joke on Mr Fry's part it was neither very tasteful nor tolerant. So if he feels it fine to make jokes like that, why does he ask people not to make jokes about matters he finds sensitive, like homosexuality?

Personally I don't care what peoples sexual preferences are. As I always say however, "practice what you preach, or I will call you a fucking hypocrite and pick on your sensitive areas"

  • @RasterGraph

O_o Wait...Fry disapproves of jokes about homosexuals when I have seen him make so many about himself?

  • Comment removed

  • @RasterGraph you are actually confirming the stereotype of youtube commenters right now.

take a step back and look at this situation.. he looks down on youtube commenters for always reacting with caps lock and insults. and you say you think that is bullshit, and then you do exactly what he's talking about.... your stupidity amazes me. it's incredible. really, this is special. i think we just witnessed something amazing. thank you.

  • @DubstepOverdose

I never claimed the stereotype was false. I said in paraphrase that flaming is a pillar of YouTube or any other user-generated content site. Personally I think those who post crap deserve a good flaming. So if Mr Fry doesn't like that he can piss off for one and two if he has no tolerance for this and wishes tolerance for homosexuality, that makes him a hypocrite.

  • @RasterGraph Please don't imply that WE "the internet" agree with you.

    Because we don't!

You are just an absolute twat. I'm sorry but you are.

  • "Look at him, doesn't he look a dick!"

  • stephen fry the philoshper, love it

  • Fuck I guessed 1;52....

  • Jeremy Clarkson looks so scary at 1:13

  • Oh, the irony of Prius ads on Top Gear videos.

  • isnt stephen fry reaver in fable?

  • @TiaM10 Why yes, yes he is. He also the narrator for LittleBigPlanet (2).

  • @TiaM10 haha yeah :D

  • @TiaM10 It's thanks to Fable that I even know who Stephen Fry is. Thank goodness for that!

  • they kinda look the same

  • 17 people are idiots...

  • 5:00)))

  • the same way they thought in the beginning it would look cooler if they'd take all the lap records on a wet track and ditched that idea when they realized that it takes too much water to keep it wet all over the place...

  • @kaimonkey0517 Laurie doesn't like Top Gear. To see what I'm on about search "fry and Laurie top gear". Like this vid, fry has lost so much weight and doesn't he look a dick!

  • @1994Topgear "doesn't he look a dick!" do you mean you don't like fry or that he looks weird since loosing all his wait (because the former I would disagree with where as the latter... well some people just look better big)

  • Geez, when he puts on an American accent, it's really good.

  • "And we've got gambon where he nearly rolled it over; nearly killed dumbledore before he ever was." loooooooooooooool

  • I don't get it . That track was definitely wet and Alan opted for md even though it was fine. Proof that Stephen is better than Alan :)

  • LittleBIGPlanet & TopGear FTW

  • why the hell hasn't Hugh Laurie been on Top Gear ?

  • @kaimonkey0517 He has.

  • @kaimonkey0517 Because hes a wank

  • @JaguarPawww Also not nearly as funny, so why bother.

  • @0871Atta be silent.

  • @JaguarPawww You think Laurie is funnier than Fry? Puh-lease!

  • @0871Atta What ? lol, i hate laurie, hes a cock

  • @0871Atta Here HERE!

  • Is it just me or does Jeremy seem slimmer?

  • I love European people. I love the accents and the way they view life. Love their humor.

  • Why does the studio look so empty?

  • They'd like to imagine their from Alabama, lul.

  • I didn't know that some Brit dream of being rednecks, interesting. I love Stephan Fry!

  • cool video

  • What happened to Stephen's nose

  • The show is entertaining no doubt, but a reviewers are biased for sure.

  • @S0v3r3ign69 should be around the end of the year. They normally do two series a year of 6/7 episodes one which goes out late spring/early summer and the other winter time

  • Top Gear is a great programme its like a window for all the cars we love but none of us can afford to buy. Hey whats the problem with that. Well i,ll tell you what get some serious bikers out there blend it in slowly a bit of finesse and you will have the best show on earth. Need any help. • Im confused.... Why are people telling me that Top Gear is the Best show ever... I know!

  • @ColinSWiseman Your comment was voted up and now is placed in the "highest rated comments". People tend to respond to those comments more since it's the first thing they see. Oh btw, Top Gear is the best show ever!

  • Stephen Fry and Jeremy Clarkson - two great British characters. : )

  • Comment removed

  • @Restayvien well I think there are many... these are just two of them brother

  • how could 10 audience made such a 30ppl laugh @4:24

  • @johnccy LOL xD

  • @johnccy

you obviously didnt watch until 5:06

  • I like the intelligent conversation that Jeremy has with Fry. You don't get that with Tom Cruise :P

  • Lovin this vid

  • where is the part where he says he can't go the the Island of Man anymore???

  • unless they play a laugh track there is alot more than just who's standing in view of the interview. aren't there bleachers behind the cameras and you can stand where those 12 people are standing if you want to?

  • @mikey69up Yeah, usually the entire background is full. So I assume the rest of the audience is just feeling lazy.

  • lol the audience is so much larger today

  • haha no one is watching

  • Britain - small island, small gene pool.

  • @royalapplepie Small gene pool? Erm, what the fuck does that have to do with anything?

  • @royalapplepie less diseases, no overpopulation.

  • @cojo118 It's easier to overpopulate a small island. There's certainly not a lot of sustainability inside their borders.

  • @AreThereNoMoreNames if england is an island, then it's a pretty big island huh.

  • Comment removed

  • Oop, I read that as Europe, not England.

But yes, Britain is on a large island on one of the two major British Isles which, believe it or not, are two big islands.

  • Comment removed

  • @royalapplepie - whats russia's excuse, is's massive, yet still full of inbred psycopaths. what contribution has russia ever made to humanity

  • he wants to look like adrian brody.. starting with the nose

  • to what aviation incident are they referring to?

  • Nice jacket Jeremy

  • Popular dude, big audience...........

  • @Yellowcard7777 hahaa

  • @gunzkevin are you serious ? they take the time by stopwatch. there is no need to be that specific. its about fun and not beeing the best.

  • @AliErfurt I'm just giving them a hard time because they make fun of Americans all the time. It's a joke.

  • @gunzkevin It's not a race in which the winner earns millions of dollars/euro's/pounds/rupi's/yen's. But a race for FUN. Are americans to stupid to discover FUN?

  • @WouterNed Most of us are yes, but we always wounder what do you get for winning because most of us just want more from life even when we have everything we need, Plus these people don't need more money.

  • @WouterNed Lol because all drag races win money? Actually you win no money in all drag races except a few. And are you too stupid to discover the meaning of the three words too, to, and two?

  • @gunzkevin Dude, who spoke about drag races?? And sorry for making 1 mistake in a language that isn't my first. You can critisise my english, when you speak erfect Dutch? k?

  • @WouterNed In my first comment I talked about drag races measuring time more accurately, you then replied saying this isn't a race that is worth tons of money. I then said that drag races aren't worth money either, therefore money should not be a reason why they don't measure more accurately.

  • @gunzkevin As AliErfurt said, they take time by stopwatch, and As we both said: it's about f-u-n.

  • @gunzkevin erm yes..this is just a tv show, and they do have tenths of seconds

  • @jamesmmu Lol yes I know this is a tv show. Thank you for stating the obvious. And why didn't they use tenths rather than having the possibility of multiple ties?

  • @gunzkevin to answer your question "And why didn't they use tenths rather than having the possibility of multiple ties?"

because, when they brought the show back with new presenters in 2002 they introduced this stars in a reasonably priced car for the first time and didn't want to make it too competitive, so they decided not to take the time that accurate. when this feature became more and more popular in later years, they realised that it would be better to use tenths too

  • @gunzkevin - that's rich coming from someone who's country is so lacking in imagination that their idea of motor sports is either someone driving in a straight line as fast as they can, or driving round and round in circles for hours on end.

  • @mylkTV Haha, we also do other things, we have a lot of track races also. And what does that have to do with my comment? I talked of advancements in technology, not how Brits are entertained.

  • @mylkTV

Our motorsports are representative of our society. If you've ever been to America you would know that it is somewhat larger than England therefore the roads are mostly straight in order to cover the shortest distance between two points. Nascar began on beaches, Daytona to be precise. We just maintained that tradition. There are Indy and Cart races that don't just go in circles, but that doesn't fit into your preconceived notion and stereotype does it. British Imagination, LOL.

  • @mylkTV Try doing either of thoose things at the level the professionals do. It is MUCH harder then it looks.

  • @gunzkevin what a fucking stupid comment, its a tv show not Formula 1

  • no wonder the brits lost the war!

  • @tlfort No.

  • Stephen reminds me of James may...except fatter and uglier. But Jeremy looks really good :-)

  • wow what a small crowd in the back

  • How old is this actually?? Really interested in to knowing

  • @xSkullbusterx this one's from 3x02. so late 2003. :)

  • @xSkullbusterx he is around 53
