No, there are other programs that work with Apophysis to make animations. Apophymator works with Apophysis- and also Exper's Render flam3 works with Flam3 to render batches of files to compile into an Anim!

In apophysis, you can run the script "series morph" to get a movie of the fractal flames in your save files. However, it's a really small preview window, and i don't know if you can convert it into a video.
