DforDickhead made a great point about Celente's hypocrisy.

My other main complaint is Celente's bigoted hatred of academic degrees.

They may be "worthless" to him, but they're not to the people who hold them.

They may be what gets them through the day, helps them psychologically to survive, etc. Celente's an ass for measuring the worth of a degree in terms of "jobs".

Such a shame, because Celente is 100% right about everything else (bankers, mafia, etc)

Today, degrees are worthless. It's only worth going to college if the job you want requires it or if you have a serious passion for the subject matter. Some people are really passionate about literature or history but it's not worth it at the current prices. Better off reading books and forming discussion groups at local libraries or the internet.

The colleges let in SO many people that the overall quality sucks ass. Everyone and their dog, pet fish, and lawnmower can get into college.

Dumbos like to blame fiat or paper currencies but the problem is not the size of the money supply. It's the distribution. If the Federal Reserve gave everyone $1 or $1 million, it would make no difference. The FR is giving money exclusively to the banks, the rich, corporations, etc. which they use to speculate, drive up commodities, effectively gouging the average man.

It's deflation for the average man because their wages stagnate while prices skyrocket. The 70% consumer spending sector dies.

The reason why the gold standard is an evil idea only meant to benefit the capitalists. The only thing a commodity standard does is limit the money supply allowing the capitalists to terminally accumulate the wealth, control the money supply, thereby control the economy. It can work if there is a government powerful enough to REDISTRIBUTE the wealth and prevent terminal accumulation. That's what FDR's New Deal society was and why the industrialists/capitalists led a coup against him.

The USA has been fascist for a long time. Well before the Federal Reserve existed. The propaganda and rewriting of history has you fooled. The USA and the Allies were the fascists in WWII. Hitler was a National Socialist meaning a strong national identity (he took it too far with genetic hygiene) and a economy focused on the social good. The national identity prevented world gov't. The economic system worked. Germany was the most advanced nation at the start of the war.

FDR was the most popular president in history with 4 terms and dying while in office. The whole reason for term limits was FDR. Term limits only prevent good people from staying in office. Everything in this world is moving so fucking fast now that these ancient mammoths(banks,politicians) can't keep up. And we are suffering because of their incompetence.
