This stir fry will take around 5 minutes to cook on high heat depending on ingredients and whether you throw them all in at once or not. If cooked on my 119k BTU Wok Burner it can be done in 2 minutes. Don't be afraid of high heat because the stove burners don't put out anything close to the dedicated Wok Burners.
Note: When adding liquid to the wok during cooking, make sure it is HOT so you don't reduce the heat in the pan.

The meat in this dish is barbequed pork (Cha Siu) and it is already cooked. Other meats would be cooked first and typically added later.
