Dean shows signs of angelism (he was able to kill Zacariah and the whore of Babylon when no one else but an Angel could)

Sam shows signs of Demonisms (demon blood pumping in his veins, nightmares and often leading astray (in the bible theres supposed to be a balance of light and dark... being lead astray counts as sinning))...

maybe theyre something to do with Alphas...

Now that Dean knows that after Micheal possesses him, he will leave him as he is now, Dean could just say yes now and Micheal could kill Lucifer while he is in Nick's body, that way Sam won't ever say yes, and in the end Dean and Sam would end up fine.

yeah but I thought Dean's main motivation to say NO was that in a fight between Michael and Lucifer a lot of people would die...also he still can't really trust Michael and if he's in his body Michael could stay on earth as long as he wants to and do what he wants to (and with examples like Zachariah,Uriel and Gabriel?!?...)

@fentina But the longer Dean doesn't say yes, the more people might die. Michael's probably gonna be able to find another vessel anyway, can't the angels bring back people from the dead? Why not bring back John or Adam, if it's all in the blood then Michael could use John or Adam as his vessel.

I do agree with you saying he can't really trust Michael though, the angels that we've seen have all proved to be not that trust worthy (I guess with the exception of Cas).

@NiggvaR Exactly. It wasn't just about the outcome for Michael and Lucifer, it was about the fight itself. The fight had to be Michael/Dean vs. Lucifer/Sam (though Michael settled for Adam since he worked well enough), because the fight had to basically destroy the world. Season 5 was like the foothills of the Apocalypse. Apocalyptic stuff was happening, and it was considered the Apocalypse, but the REAL Apocalypse would either be the fight wiping out humanity or Lucifer doing that on his own.

Although i would like Supernatural to have a happy ending i think thats not going to happen- it just doesn't fit what the shows been building on throughout all the seasons ... there may be some kind of twist but i think it will be a depressing ending for the characters either way ... :P

Somewhat sort of like Gabriel I want the show to have a conclusion. I mean its on the brink of the end of the world and Lucifer is the biggest cockroach as Dean said. There's no greater evil than Lucifer and no greater good than God. :)

Had a thought: If Sam is Lucifer, Dean is Michael, that makes John (if we're following the pattern), God. Michael says, "from the beginning he knew how this was going to end". John said to Dean if he couldn't save Sam he'd have to kill him. John knew how it would end D8 I think I'm team destiny. I don't want a happy ending :( This is amazing btw ;) And Dean, funnily enough is all like "You're doing what God says" when he, in the beginning, was "Daddy's good little soldier". How strange.

That's exactly what I think! The way that I have always understood and percieved free will is that you have a destiny and God has a plan for you but how you get there could be any infaniate number of ways.
