All ring exercises get easier if first one practices the stability, like L-sit static hold, vertical hold, etc. Stability on rings is nontrivial and takes some getting used to because rings 'wobble'. Once that's achieved and can be taken for granted, one can deal with the techniques of the specific exercises, and it feels a lot easier.
@gnostie A basic ring support helps loads with getting the stability, suprised the guy missed out muscle ups, front levers, back levers, and ring planche etc though- they are amazing exercises (and look badass)!
Great video, just a suggestion for when performing ring exercises, when you are doing dips, leg raises or anything else from that position, keep your hands in tight to your body. This will help you with stability. You need to practice more.
