If anyone is reading this, how can you tell for problem 151 that "an additional 25% was deducted" means that its not 45-65% off, or (as he describes) its 20-40% off THEN 25% off?

@Pmac246 it says if an additional 25 percent were deducted after u deduct 40 so thats all you deduct
