  • Thank you so much...I LOVE recipes! This one is a must make for sure!! Maybe even this next week, when I'm able to try stage 2 foods. This will definitely be a go to meal for me and my family. Also, I might experiment and try cooked tilapia in there too.

  • I love quinoa. Have you tried using it to make quinoa tabuleh? It is fabulous too and you will be able to use lemons from your tree in this recipe.

  • That looks amazing. I will have to try the Broccoli casserole. I tried Quinoa for the first time a couple weeks ago. My sister made some for me. I was instantly hooked. I had no idea that it was also a good protein source. Now I have to go buy some. Thanks for this video Rosemary! Have a great weekend. ~ Eric

  • Thanks for this recipe. I'll have to try it.

  • Love this! I have to try it!!

  • Bonjour Rose, Nice recipe here. Although I eat mostly raw food, this sounds very nice, I will try it on a snowy day when I really need something hot and warming for the soul and body :)

Wishing you a great day, dear. Always a pleasure to see you here on YT.

    Blessings and (( hugs ))

  • You are a blessing, Rosemary! Thank you for the recipe, I might try it. I bet my husband will like it. Maybe he won't notice it's not rice...? Probably will. My family has a nose for diet food. Either they like it and eat all mine, or they hate it and never eat it. Never in between. Oh well! Have a great day.

  • works great in a cheapie rice cooker!

  • i buy mine at costco- 4lbs bag costs about 10.00--but it apparently doesn't need to be rinsed before cooking as many do. this can really fil that urge for for for "stuffing"-- the flavors can be close of you season it. or grits! thanks to a video Massage goddess made years ago! great video!

  • @cabernetqueen I was just going to ask where we can buy it. I was just at Costco last night. Wish I would of seen this yesterday, Will for sure have to go back now. What section is it in, would it be near the rice or pasta area?

  • @MsMerry where the rice is!

  • Love healthy new recipes. I'll have to pick up some quinoa and try it as a variation from my usual brown rice.

  • Hey I was gonna ask how to make this as well because it look so good when you were eating it at Connie's house lol. I'll be making for sure and eating off of it for a few days... I'm so blessed to be you and Connie's chocolate twin hehe!

  • Rose, quinoa is also great for breakfast. If you make it with water (not broth) you can make enough ahead for breakfast. Just add the same things you'd add to oatmeal instead like raisins, apple, cinnamon, brown sugar, honey, maple syrup, berries, whatever combo you like.

  • @carrela1 Ok wow thank you I have herd of making it like oatmeal will have to try ...thanks again sweetie..have not seen you in awhile how are you let me know ok? big hugs and if you make a update video make sure to share with me so I don't miss it please...love ya...miss ya...love rosemary

  • I have never had quinoa before, but i am getting a little tired of meats and veggies all the time. I have been craving rice and pasta especially when i cook it for the kids but i know we can't have it. I've been using tofu pasta a lot, can we have quinoa or will it expand in our pouches like rice? I am going to try this recipe for dinner tomorrow night and i will add more cheese so that the kids will eat it, I'll let you know the verdict.

  • @fattygirl4c No it does not expand in your tummies which makes it a perfect sub. to for us...research it you will see that it is a very good food for us just not everyday ...let me know if you like ok...big hugs....love ya...and thank you...love rosemary
