It was hard to accept it at the beggining when i didn't know nothing about her, because I always liked her. John wasn't a good person neither, he made a lot of mistakes and wasn't perfect, but the difference (for me) is that he was a Beatle, that's the reason I still like John and the rest of the Beatles.

Nope, the funny covers were also done simply because the studio were they recorded sucked for them, it was not the place they liked to record to, they had to stay up early for the filming and many more factors like that.

So they fooled around a lot, but also because they simply rehearsed, rehearsed and rehearsed again.

The whole session is a pretty col thing, for example Paul plays the Riff from lonely sea by the boeach boys, they jikingly play lady jane by the stones.

@LordEizen Yup. It's from Let it be. This is not exactly a rare version, as the title suggests. It's just how they originally planned to do the song, rocker style, fast with both John and Paul singing in the same mic, but Paul wasn't happy with this chunkier style so they changed it to a single vocals with harmony and Paul switched to acoustic and George to Bass on a clean electric guitar and gave us the song which we know today! You and I have memories... Love all versions...
