it maybe a fletchette strike. ive read 2 books about british apache operations in afghanistan and they describe the crv7 pods that can carry anti personal fletchette rockets.
at a set height above the ground a secondary charge in each rocket kicks out needle sharp tungsten darts creating a cone of death that will shred anything. thats the only thing i can think these are. if it's an american british or dutch air strike is anyones guess.

We didn't pick that fight. Japan did. They are responsible for their fate after picking that path. We were responsible for saving our own lives, which we did by dropping the bombs. Nagasaki was a major naval base and town and thus as legitimate a target for the a-bomb as it would have been for conventional bombing. They got what was coming to them. In this day and age, we are quick to condemn the dropping of the bomb. Your grandparents would disagree with you, I'd bet.

I'm not disputing soldiers are brave, all of them are, especially the Afghan and Iraqi police who are under-equipped and killed daily. Yet I don't hear you preaching about them. Typical American selfishness, Canada should have never gone into Afghanistan, we get no credit for it, and we die for an unsuccesful mission that, if eventually succesful, will only be remembered as an American accomplishment.
