You did a good job of describing the Scientology I remember while working on staff for them.

Its a slow indoctrination process called progressive involvement. Little by little your mind is more open to Hubbards new ideas. Next thing you know your mortgaging your home to become one of Hubbards super humans, and if you make it, what it really means is you have lost your connection to reality. In your mind you become a super man.
