I don't know xcal, but judging from his vids, I'd say he's pretty good at video games.

When you play a new game for the first time it's completely natural to not know exactly the best way of doing everything, or to instantly solve every puzzle, etc... This is especially true of a game like Arkham in which some things simply are not do-able the first time you come across them.

I'm guessing he doesn't necessarily need or want our "help" figuring out how to play this game.
