Good lord, that constant whistle would annoy the hell out of me! We get a ramen truck that passes in front of our house, but it just plays...well...the ramen truck song. XD I remember where we used to live had a yaki imo truck that whistled, but it was only in short bursts, so yeah, this would creep me out, too! Sounds like it's stuck!! ;) Nice video!
