@AurochSpirit I have to believe it they are on a hard difficulty you can't change how much health they have at beginning. And the hardest difficulty does give the enemy that much health. So final conclusion is, that he just has amazingly excellent skills.

I think you mean Dragon Homing. There are Z-Items that can give you up to 2 extra Dragon Homings

Actually the COM was custom too. Kid Buu just doesn't have a health increase. If they were on normal they would've died much quicker.
