Why does everyone love Bioshock, I only bought it because it was getting a load of good things said about it and I found it shit, I still haven't completed it and I don't intened to. It's got a horrile fucking story line and annoying enimies. The first 20 to 30 mins where good but that was it

@blitzking8933 LOL U ARE SO WRONG. Well for one thing, the 1st and 3rd one are correct. Also, bioshock is a remake of an old game that they made but didn't sell well. Its besicly system shock 2, so how is that different? Oh and valve does make good games, amazing games, and even lets their community play with it if they wish too. The community never did the rest for valve, valve did something incredible and the community expanded on it.

For example, one minute the room is empty, the next second, there's a monster behind you. Also, there is this hacking thing that you do, it is ridiculously frustrating. This game is sucks so bad. Assassins Creed 1 used to be my worst game until I played this crap. Waste of money, waste of time.

@megamunchit2008 im sorry not all shooters require R1 to shoot but its quite simple if you ignore past controls, tries to scare you so be up for the challange, hacking gets easy if you equip the right tonics like Hacking Expert,Security Expert, and Fast Hacking make it easy and less difficult

I'll still never understand why you're only allowed to aim some weapons and not others. Like that grenade launcher cannon thing. Why does it have sights if you can't use them? In original STALKER (which came out the same year), you can aim ALL your weapons, including the grenade launchers! You can aim launchers in other games but not at an angle. And the shotguns in Bioshock and Metro 2033 -- why can't you aim them and why do they throw such loose patterns?! STALKER is still the best.

Bioshock isn't even very scary, people are just frightened easily.

The scariest game I know is Amnesia: The Dark Descent.

I have never seen a single game which can match or beat it's scariness level!

just started Bioshock 1 after completing mass effect 2 - really enjoy the dense atmosphere of bioshock, really the most convincing and effective ghost train I ever encountered, still kind of miss the dialogue parts of ME2. I think the Bioshock plot and game experience would really benefit from some more non-hostile NPC. Still, great game, great (creepy) fun!
