it's probobly better to just round it off to 21.00 cc and with echo the engine sizes are not a flat number it's like 22.8 23.6 25.4 and stuff like that I have a echo srm 230 with a power boost tornado engine 22.8 cc it really screams i would recomend it to any one who has 305.00 dollers

thats not true the plasticas are for when it is on a weedwacker you dotn get burned as bad if you bump into it, common sence. they make your motor hotter not cooler

your dumb the palstic directs the flow of air from the flywheel fan to the fins to cool it so it woint overheat if so then you take off all the casing and see how long it will last.

a weedwacker is ment for tortcher it doesnt matter if it has the plastices on it, it still gets air flow from the fan

hey i have the same engine that i found and im making a motor bike with it and i was wondering wat way the shaft in the motor spins. also do you need to mix oil with gas to pu into the motor

i just random mix it to the right colure and look at the starter its like when you wrap strings onto a can and pull it and youll see what ways it spins so its like a starter

i bought a ryobi 767r weed wacker at a garage sale for $5 all i had to do was put mixed gas in the tank- it even idles

yes i was lucky also but i nevered run it when i got it lol i just did a rebuild after i came home with it

dude take out the screen from your exhaust and drill some holes in them

done and done exept i did not drill hols in the muffer just took out the screen lighten the clutch bell and shoe grooves in the clutch shoe so gasses can exape and tuned the carb

yea i keped my old one its all stock if your engine is not stright shaft it can amby install clutch.
