just so noone gets this wrong: gunship battle is the easiest boss in the entirety of ICC. you can just view this as trash with epic loot. in fact, the only reason to wipe on this is when your other ship tank is retarded and tanks the boss too far from the edge, and dies, or when your tank thinks he does not need a jetpack and tries to jump across on foot.

if you can get past lord marrowgar and lady deathwhisper, then enjoy your free epics.

Ulduar was definitely the instance that took my guild the longest time so far, which is a dissapointment considering how they made toc easier than that. Back in the 40 man days, coordinating 40 people was difficult enough on its own haha.

It should be noted that the players using the cannons can in fact kill the mortar-men on the opposite ship while dealing damage to the opponents ship as well. The AOE damage from the cannons can kill the gunners, and damage the battle mage that freezes the cannon by a significant amount if your gunners are quick enough and on there game.

right click on the little green/red circle. it gives a menu where you can select the buffs to give.

normally, ret gives might to the melee classes and kings to the rest. so scroll your mouse wheel until you get the "might" icon beneath rogues, warriors, death knights and paladins.

alternatively, you can directly scroll the icon next to the class icon on the PP addon itself. left clicking gives 30min blessings, rightclicking 10min ones. also, clicking the emblem button buffs each class in turn.

Also people do not need to always use their jetpacks to get back to your ship, you can use the portal that the adds use to get to your ship, if your dps get very precise with killing the frost mage to adds spawning they can use the portal, alot safer for the tank and healer to make sure the boss dousnt throw stuff at you!

In our guild we found that with the tank tanking the enemy leader on their ship, they can continually kite them around using the jetpack, funny to watch as well!

Make sure that you put a healer over there that throws out big heals (paladin or shaman works best for us).
