.They are "Surface mount " LEDs, Very very small and I had to solder 30ga wire to them You can get them at Digi-key, Mouser Elec. NOT Legos parts. Then you have to cut and drill the Blocks so they will fit.. it took a long time to do this project. If you want more help send me regular e-mail bhuish@att.net

Duude...So sick! Especially the back up lights with sound! A lot of great work! Keep it up...The Emergency lights are Epic ownage! The "Siren Running" at 2:22 is AWESOME! Great sounds...Followed by the LOL sound of the intersection...And at 2:55 the dome light was pretty epic...Now the little LEGO dude can see :D

The clear parts have the LEDs in them and I had to drill to get the wires to the center controller micro chip..

Where you buy this microchip?? And how this work?

The PIC microchip can be gotten lots of places, like Digikey.. It is the program I put in it and the wireing of the LEDs thats makes it run. This took many, many hours to do.
