That guy's impressive; I seriously wish I could do that. I'm decent with a sword, but I've never had any practice with a polearm. The thing is, what good is all that spinning outside of show? Not much. :/

Well of course it will, as it's going fast. I won't go into techniques and such, but "twirl it really quickly" is not the predominant staff fighting style for a reason.
