You can't compare Mexico or Brazil to Nicaragua. There are countries in Africa that have growth rates 10% plus. And they are attracting foreign investments in the billions. The problem with aids in india affects 0.2% of our 1.2 billion strong population.In 2007 it was 0.3%,that % has reduced.That is still a lot of people but like I illustrated a very small number in % terms.On the other hand in south africa for instance,which is by far the most prosperous black country,20% of the population has AIDS.Are you going to dispute that?I don't think so.Even retards like you know that much.The AIDS problem in RSA is hence 100 times bigger than in India.
