In this game you can get a level 50 dark elf to join you when you are level one, same with a level 15 vampire, 15 necromancer and a level 5 dragon if i do recall correctly. You dont even need to clear out the temple to leave the daggerfall islands, just get the cleric guy at the start and jump through the ocean while casting heal, that way you get a level 50 in your party very early.

In my opinion it would be pointless *unless* you've already beet the game and you made new characters and you just want to fool around... but even that, what's the point of starting over...?

The MM8 became neoliberal. Good fiction turned evil fiction, optimism turned to pessimism, certainty of value turned to personal taste, security turned to insecurity and the game lost its quality to random bullshit by the company.
Trolls aren't that bad. I think they get the most HP and best regeneration. Only their armor stinks. But you could give them GM in Mace and Mastery in Swords and have them dual wield. Minotaurs, on the other hand, are pretty bland. They're like Paladins minus decent cleric spells, since you can only pump them up to Expert at best.

the ultimate party is prolly either cleric+all dragons or troll+all dragons (troll+all dragons is my favorite tho) dragons are ridiculously OP in this game so if you want the strongest party possible you want to eventually have all your party members be dragons (except the first one you create which CANNOT be a dragon)

I think Ravenshore might have a fountain for personality (don't remember exactly) so if you take a non-cleric PC at the beginning, you can drive both personality and luck low and compensate your main attributes with your main stats.
i love this game i play it like everyday but a vampire is very useful cause they can levitate your party and well thats useful when you go to the plane of fire.

How in the Hell do you not have Orcs as a class in an Rpg,thats lame :( Personally I always roll as an orc in any Rpg Take note I am a Wow player but if you wish to know more of that my channel will tell u more. Other than that AWESOME Lp quite Entertaining Ill watch them all :)
The easiest in terms of solo-characters I've found is actually a pure air necromancer- only air magic, nothing else. Invisibility, fly, lightning bolts, sparks, starfall. It's really all you need to complete the game.
@OverusedChewToy how do you prevent the sudden status effects such as death, stoned, petrified, etc? as a solo player they would all kill you outright
i soloed this with a troll, used staff as weapon and had the artifact that makes you immune to those status effects. also more fun to go melee than flying around with starburst IMO!

i disagree with your assessment of the minotaur as a good warrior. i find them fairly weak compared to the rest of the races. their magic stinks because you cannot go beyond expert and axe isn't such a good weapon for something that gives you grand mastery. it kinda stunk they didn't get additional special racial abilities.
Trust me guys, this will be a fun game to watch. Three of my characters are at level 200(max) and the other two are at 185. I have played this game for very long and here I am watching it.
Your voice's kinda low, but that's not too big an issue with this first video.
The Knight's a good choice for one starting off MM8. But your stats and skills you chose may not be that great for the start. You should've put her Might and Endurance to 21, as well as dropped both Intellect and Personality to 9 for 4 extra points total, since they're useless... Personally, I start with a tankish Troll, and that does the job.
Regardless, it's at least better than some starters I've seen.

For the one reading this.. pick a troll. Its the "class" that you get last in game, all others will come earlier than them. and they are awesome too.

the ultimate party is prolly either cleric+all dragons or troll+all dragons (troll+all dragons is my favorite tho) dragons are ridiculously OP in this game so if you want the strongest party possible you want to eventually have all your party members be dragons (except the first one you create which CANNOT be a dragon)

it's pretty easy cause you can get a dragon, way higher level fighters than you, 'arms-master', and dark magic is ridiculously powerful.
You can stay away from those... or try it with less characters and abuse those ;D
