The barrel was a stock piece of galvanized pipe, I reamed out the first 3/4 inch with a drill bit to accept the casing and the rest was perfect for the bullet size. Then I used a stock coupler and a stock end plug which I drilled through to accommodate a small nail that I used as a firing pin.

Did you make the barrel also? Or was it a barrel from another gun you had? If you did make the barrel, how easy was it to chamber it for the .25acp?
