Didn't go over 100, product of a crappy line (and splitting carries with Davis, who had 2 100 yard games and 2 90 yard games.) But he he did have 88 yards against SCU who I believe had the best Defense in the SEC. He also had 55 yards rushing and 105 yards receiving against BC, who had a top 10 D. Those are two that come to mind.
I don't know if you were talking about only the 08 season or overall. If your talking overall, then he's gone over quite a few times. One that comes to mind is the SCU game his Freshman year. He ran for 155 yards and 2 TDs.

629 yards rushing and 7 TDs (with a crappy O-line
436 yards receiving and 3 TDs
1-1 passing with 15 yards and a TD
516 kick return yards with 1 TD
189 PR yards
