as ciaffez said up above, there are many people play the pipes "left handed" and you can get pipes made in order that when being played in the left hand the Bass drone is still in at the shoulder. Go to the Worlds or the Tattoo you will see a larger variety of pipers other than the supposed small group you have been exposed to!! The boy is a very good player, which you agree with, irrespective of him being a lefty.
Man thats a good effort im just starting to learn the chanter and i get light headed every time i try to play lol...the fingering looks hard but ill get there eventually lol

It doesn't matter that his left hand is on the bottom. You can get Pipes made for "left handed players"
i've seen many people play with their left hand on the bottom half of the pipes, and the bag under their right hand. Keep going!

the only song i know how to play decently on my chanter is "Amazing grace" LOL i am trying to learn this song though...good work keep it up!
