Mexican President Felipe Calderon pledges to fight organized drug crime

This is just bad Mexico is going to fail in its war on drugs. The police are part of this and the Government it self corruption is so bad there. killing babies cutting off peoples heads what is this? Why does he not declare martial law and start cleaning house? as I always said its the poor people of Mexico who suffer.
