I never quite understood Mrs. Mills popularity with the Brits since I was unfamiliar with her music. Having heard your wonderful rendition Michael I can now appreciate what her music was to the pub scene. The driving melodius rythm is like a steam locamotive coming down the tracks ... no amount of boistrous pub noise could stop her delivery. I flew with the RAF and enjoyed pub hopping after work with buddies. A real social experience.
