what tuning are you using on your strings? I just cant get the same sound as you do... Or maybe its because i have a very cheap bass ?

@Searingjake1 they're just stock Peavey pickups, but they seem to work. It also helps me to have the action fairly low.

My girlfriend wanted me to tell you that you are playing one chord wrong. You should play D# and B with your right hand over the low G# to make G#m. Listen to the recording and you'll hear it right away. That said, awesome job man! I'll be busting this out at parties from now on.
