Midwest is still the best, but only because the others are so lousy. They used to be much better when they had the gourmet meals. The buy-on-board meals aren't bad, but they are nothing compared to what they used to have.
Though I haven't flown in the glory days of their onboard catering, I can say that their offerings are much more edible, if not, delicious that what I'm accustomed to in other airlines' BoB programs! Can't forget the cookies as well! ;)
Nice commercial. I liked it alot. I must say seeing YX everyday and going inside their planes daily just about is a awsome thing. What a good airline to work for.
