I love this film! Then again, I do enjoy watching bad cinema anyway! This should be showed on TCM every Christmas! As well as K Gordon Murray's Santa Claus! XD

When Santa introduces Mrs. Claus, I half-expected him to slap her on the ass and call her "the best piece of ass north of the Arctic Circle. She certainly knows how to make Santa's North Pole stand at attention! Ho ho ho, if you get my drift!" Yup, I'm a pig. Another commenter says this is worse than "Plan 9 From Outer Space". This movie had a bigger budget. They paid Marx Toys and Vogue Dolls to make special toys for the film (although I will agree "Plan 9" was much funnier).

That theme song was written by Milt DeLugg (the bandleader on "The Gong Show") and Roy Alfred (who co-wrote hits for Jay & the Americans, among others). Check Santa's laugh when he's talking to the reporter - he goes "heh heh heh" one minute and "yahheheheheheh" at the next. It's HO HO HO, you jerks! At 4:05 Santa points at the camera like he's cutting a wrestling promo. Perhaps he's fixin' to open up a can of "North Pole whoop-ass" on those Martians?
