Here's my problem in the war on achievement: This so-called $8K tax break for so-called first-time homebuyers. It's making me pretty ill to think about it.

Why give a BREAK to first-time homebuyers?

Why give a BREAK to any homebuyer?

And it's not really a BREAK anyway--it's a phony attempt to lend out gov bucks to the unsuspecting, who to my knowledge, have to pay it back anyway!

You wouldn't believe the greedy real estate industry playing this tune hard to make a quick easy buck from us all!

This was Detlef's first location assignment. He was the studio caterer before, made a borscht that was straight from heaven I tell ya.. but the man's got potential, so he's got an evaluative short term agreement with BSN and we expect him to move on to permanent employment without a hiccup.

The government can't have him without a fight. But it's unlikely he's current on his taxes, so that shouldn't be a problem.
