is it harder/easier for an american to get into harvard/yale etc than for an english student to oxbridge? cos oxbridge is piss easy yah?

@MrKennethfelch I don't know much about how difficult it is to get into oxbridge for an english student, but last year, both Columbia and Harvard recieved over 34,000 applicants and accepted less than 3,000 for a total entering class of around 1,000 to 1,500. Princeton had 28,000 applicants and 2500 acceptances. For harvard, they had more applicants with perfect SATS than spaces in the class. So essentially, it's very difficult. If you're good enough, you just cross your fingers.
