hmmm, never heard Willie as a reel before, it's usually a slip jig. interesting. not saying it's bad, unnerstand, just ... different

it is like a "slip reel"......in Swedish folk this (1st part) would be a "slängpolska" (slow 1-2-3with fast 16th notes) It's great anyway!
