But if we can see 12 billion years into the past with the Hubble telescope (which recorded thousands of galaxies 12 billion light years away) then if we look in the exact opposite direction and see galaxies 12 billion light years away, then logically the universe is much older then 13 billion years old. Not to mention that we are probably not even near the center of the universe.

And if we see the same looking in the oposite direction, the universe is 24-25 billion years old according to science.
