Bob never got the credit he deserved for bringing back Lou Reed, guitarist. The "Live In Italy" CD has always been my favorite Lou recording, period...mainly due to the "Some Kinda Love / Sister Ray" performance. Never knew there was a video clip until now...thanks for posting.

Such a shame that Lou couldn't handle Quine stealing the spotlight. How much better would New York have been if he was on it? It's already the best post=VU album of Lou's career, but Quine would have sent it to a whole 'nother level.

P.S. Quine is the best. I wish someone would put together a best-of that spanned all his work—a few cuts from The Blue Mask, "Girlfriend", that They Might Be Giants song where he rips it up, the Stiff Records version of "Blank Generation", etc. Unlike most comps, that one would actually have a reason for being.
