  • Hey, could you give me the chords too? Figuring out the song melody won't be a real progrem then :)

Your playing sounds so beautiful <3

  • You play it beautifully! This is one of my favourite sings by Kent, well done!

  • Thank you

    Beautiful melody

  • GREAT! I also want to learn this song...but I can't find any tabs/piano sheets...can you or anyone else help me? I'm not good enough to figure it out :(

  • REALLY good! I'm really impressed. I want to learn this song too. But this isn't the kind of songs i'm used to. haha, when i was like.. 12.. i learned the entire time to say goodbye by myself. no notes or anything. But still, this is kinda' hard! Five stars

  • Where can we get sheet music of this. Please put a link in the description i really want some sheet music.

    Takk fyri

  • very very awesome.

  • I love kent

  • Thanks for the chords!

But it really doesn't work for me :O

    It sounds like crap!

Ew. Or ehm. The chords sounds good, but I don't get the ding ding (haha xD), it really doesn't sound like the real song for me -.-

I know that I'm just retarded but :O It have to work :O

  • i am listening to this song almost everyday now..is good to know that somebody out there is connected to the same frequency!

  • Very beautiful cover!

  • Do you have the notes to this song? I don't understand chords :b

  • Go and study music theory. It will make your playing much more enjoyable. You don't need to know a lot about music theory. You just need to know the basics about scales and the circle of fifths, and how to make sense of chord notation. With a fairly good ear, you can then start listening to pop songs like this, write down the chords or memorize them, and learn the melody by heart.

  • I guess the best way of learning music theory is by having someone teach you, e.g. a piano teacher. That's how I learnt it at the age of 16, and it was a revelation!

  • But i don't want to learn any other songs, i just want to learn this one xD And i have been in a piano school in like 2 years or something but i didn't learn anything there, except playing jingle bells xD

  • I understand your situation. I can imagine you only learn sight reading. That's what I did when I was 8-10, and it bored the shit out of me. So much that I quit playing and only started again by my own interest at the age of 16.

You should ask your teacher to teach you how to read chords as well as some general music theory.

  • Thanks. But I just realised... It's just 1:50, the original song is 3:10 which means I can't learn the whole thing. Meh...

  • well, I think what I play covers all the parts of the original song. The rest is repitition.

  • Hrm. Perhaps. I know the part you play repeats a little later, but the ending is unique and I have no idea how to play that. It's a shame there aren't that many Kent covers on Youtube.

  • True, I didn't realise. But it's very simple. The ending is 4 bars of the B- chord, and the melody is: d-c#-e-d#

each of these lasts one bar. that is: one note for each of the 4 bars. Try it! :)

  • Please please, make a tutorial for this one! Or post sheet music, I want to learn this one but I can't do it by ear..

  • I can tell you the chords I used:

    verse:

    2x |B-|B-|D7|D7|G|E-|D|F#-|F#-|

    bridge:

    |F#|F#|

    Instrumental "chorus":

    |B-|A|G|D|B-|A|G|D|D/e|D/e|G|G|

The tempo is about 140 bpm and the rythm goes 4/4.

  • Oh, can you make a "How tp play" video on this song?

    I love it :D awsome.

  • I can tell you the chords I used:

    verse:

    2x |B-|B-|D7|D7|G|E-|D|F#-|F#-|

    bridge:

    |F#|F#|

    Instrumental "chorus":

    |B-|A|G|D|B-|A|G|D|D/e|D/e|G|G|

The tempo is about 140 bpm and the rythm goes 4/4.

  • Do you think there would be any way for you to transcribe this? I'm trying to teach myself, but I'm not that good at playing by ear, and the camera cuts off the notes you play down low (which are the hardest for me to figure out). If not, don't worry, and I'll just keep trying. =D

  • Such a nice song. I'm going to try learning that.

  • Thanks a lot. I think my pace is a bit faster than the original recording. But if you like it, that's cool.

  • You are good! :) Keep up the good work! ^^
