Arguably the best performance of this piece I have ever heard. I've been playing it myself for a year or so now and never got close to such perfection. Perfect.
BEST RENDITION I'VE HEARD IN A LONG TIME. PLAYED BEACOUP WELL. WITH GREAT TECHNIQUE & NUANCE. PLAYED W/ LOVE AND EMOTION. LOVED IT. TOTALLY LOVED IT...............
@flyurway YOU know take another listen in the middle when he plays, TAM...TAM...TAM............. TAM TAM.. TAM TAM.. TAM TAM...TAAAA<M. And the he slows down all of a sudden I guess he made a mistake there.
@MrNatkov "TAM...TAM...TAM............. TAM TAM.. TAM TAM.. TAM TAM...TAAAA<M"...what???? Ha, ha, ha.....how about just writing down the time interval so I have some clue as to what you're talking about?
@MrNatkov The slowing down was on purpose. He was just making use of rubato... Common guys, this was the romantic period. In that part of the piece, a strict observation of tempo is not neccessary. This was a beautiful performance
what a sweet tone.

It looks like he was sitting a little too close to the piano. But still, well played.

I love this piece :D
I remember hearing it when I was a little kid, watching Courage the Cowardly Dog.
I've been wondering where the music came from and now I found it :)

@marooki this was in Courage the cowardly dog?

@laconic84 A good example is the therapy scene. when Eustace's mom tries to sabotage Muriel and Eustaces Marriage. it plays for a brief moment.

@Fakeplasticgergo Where does "Ferenc" come from? Never heard of it.
flyurway 1 year ago
@flyurway
Ferenc is hungarian version of name Franz, Francesco, Fransisco...
Ferenc Liszt born in Hungary (Doborján), now it is in Austria and there called Raiding.

Where'd this guy come from? Very nice! I think he wimped out some on the cadenza though but I guess that's just his interpretation.

@flyurway okay take a lsiten how he plays at the time 2:25 -approx 2:31
at about 2:28-9 he slows down all of a sudden. So i am just like you can't do that in a performance. Even i can play better.
