The frame is made from cardboard boxes. We used the smoothie ones but anything would do. The boxes were glued and sellotaped together. The frame is in 4 sections so you can take the belt off if you wish to. The 4 sections are held together with velcro.
The rollers are plastic plumbing pipe. Each sits freely other than the end with the handle. The handle is made from two pipe bends. We used the smoothie boxes because the already had
The tricky bit was how to get the belt to move. The final solution was black craft paper with sticky backed felt on the under side. The belt is simply held together by staples. We put the hard bit of velcro on each end roller and that was enough to pull the felt and thus the belt round (provided you don't put too much weight on it).
