Those aren't sonic booms, they are condensation. If they were sonic booms you wouldn't hear it until after they had passed, and you would KNOW it was a sonic boom. Pretty sure they aren't allowed to do sonic booms over mainland anymore because of shattering windows or some bull crap. Though we did see a mig and a b1 do them practicing for an air show on our base years ago.
