I think the final three episode of Haruhi should have been much darker and bloodier where Mikuru is attacked brutally by Haruhi and she starts coughing up blood before dying painfully and Tsuruya becomes a succubus who plots to murder Kyon very slowly and Haruhi would become a dark overlord.

Have you ever noticed that a large amount of anime ends like the Sopranos with you having no idea what shall happen next so you can fill the ending with whatever you as a fan desires just so no one is upset, in some ways it is admirable.

Season 2 follows the novel, The Dissappearance of Haruhi Suzumiya. And yes, it's coming out. It's delayed, though. I'm not sure why, and i'm not sure when it's coming out. You can probably google it and find all sorts of information. =3
Dear Creators of TMOHS (Bundai I presume), Since the ending of the first season of "The Melancholy of Haruhi Suzumiya" I have entered a state of deppression. I have problems sleeping, lack of eating, and lost the ability to live. Therefore I am anticipating to the second seasone of the anime. Hopefully sometime soon, before I hit suicide.
I was expecting one of Kyon's philosophical, exestencial quanderings in which he expresses his feelings at the very end.... Unless there is a second session, although I love the series, this will leave me with an empty feeling.... Perhaps the Adventures will give me more fill...
Kyon's true feelings for anything are always hidden. Even in the novels (Which, of course, is Kyon's narration only) you don't know what he REALLY thinks.
It's called "Unreliable Narrator", when you can't even trust the guy who is telling you the story. Therefore, there are different interpretations for Kyon. Some think he doesn't even have any romantic feelings for Haruhi.
Anyway, they said they'll make a second season.. But don't bother waiting, it's been so long since they said that. -.-
anyone notice that as he's waking up Haruhi's shadow is really large as if she was right next to him? then it gets smaller when she backs away...I wonder why she was leaning over him as he slept...xp

I never understood that.
it's one of my favourites.
No over-the-top action sequences, no sillyness outside of Haruhi's actions.
Just quiet simplicity.

Season 2 follows the novel, The Dissappearance of Haruhi Suzumiya. And yes, it's coming out. It's delayed, though. I'm not sure why, and i'm not sure when it's coming out. You can probably google it and find all sorts of information. =3

Dear Creators of TMOHS (Bundai I presume), Since the ending of the first season of "The Melancholy of Haruhi Suzumiya" I have entered a state of deppression. I have problems sleeping, lack of eating, and lost the ability to live. Therefore I am anticipating to the second seasone of the anime. Hopefully sometime soon, before I hit suicide.

I was expecting one of Kyon's philosophical, exestencial quanderings in which he expresses his feelings at the very end.... Unless there is a second session, although I love the series, this will leave me with an empty feeling.... Perhaps the Adventures will give me more fill...

Kyon's true feelings for anything are always hidden. Even in the novels (Which, of course, is Kyon's narration only) you don't know what he REALLY thinks.
It's called "Unreliable Narrator", when you can't even trust the guy who is telling you the story. Therefore, there are different interpretations for Kyon. Some think he doesn't even have any romantic feelings for Haruhi.
Anyway, they said they'll make a second season.. But don't bother waiting, it's been so long since they said that. -.-

anyone notice that as he's waking up Haruhi's shadow is really large as if she was right next to him? then it gets smaller when she backs away...I wonder why she was leaning over him as he slept...xp
