Hey rissrose umm when your putting on your eyeliner and you say to put your eyeliner from out to in usually when it happens your eyelid kinda squishes together and then it skips some but i think it helps also when you try to start from the middle and work your way out and go back and work your way in=] but the look looks very very pretty on yhu
