Are you sure these are your 30 day results?? From the moves that you are doing, weighted circles and side to side push up you definitely should be on phase 2.. those are exercises on the chest shoulder and tri and those are not part of the first 30 day routine... just wondering.. nice results though...
Great job on 30 days! Keep it up and you won't recognize the person in the mirror. Just a friendly suggestion, I would recommend when doing the "Mason Twists" that you completely twist around and touch the floor as you will notice that it will be more difficult and you'll get an even better workout on your sides and lower abdominals.
