A few points about former Lt. Col. Maginnis: he's a West Point ring knocker who's never seen a day of combat in his life. He currently is active in religious right causes, and is a "military expert" for Faux News, while at the same time being employed as a DOD contractor. Any "expertese" he may offer is clearly tainted by his own limited military experience as a "chair-born ranger", and his own ulterior & vested economic interests.
