I know Ive said this before but they played this song on WDAS Philadelphia every morning when I was getting ready to school. I was just uprooted from the only home I had known in Chicago and this song helped me make it!! Thanks Ms.Patti!
I never have been a big Patti fan. That doesn't any way mean that I don't feel she is one of the greatest enterainers (and gifts from God) on the planet. But this song for whatever reason has always been among my favorites by her. Just a real "feel good" type of song. Thanks for posting it.
@rosss1959 I feel ya. I always thought solo-wise she was always at her best between 1977 and 1983. 1984-afterwards are questionable to me lol don't hate y'all, just my opinion. :)
I remember this song from way back. It used to make me get up and jam as a little kid. There is no one like Ms. Patti Labelle. She can sing anything. She is Elegant, Classy, Sophisticated, Talented and Beautiful.
