She most likely had a certain poison injected into her body that can pull off a very realistic death that is difficult to tell from real death. The reason she is an anomaly is that she is not moving so you expect her to be dead. This brings up the question of the difference between what we perceive and what our brain tells us

It was worth it.

Hell, I would have still done it if this song was just a 3:50 long loop of the "Do do do do do do" part.
