@wild8900 That may be an old engine, but it's not outdated at all. if you spend 2000$ on computers it's normal for you to run this game on high, but since most of the people don't spend all that money for video games it's actually good to run this game on high at 60 fps.

Would have been nice if you had run Fraps so we could see how it Runs ,One thing for sure you need at least a Dual Core , I installed to a 3rd computer P4 -3.2h/t 3gb ram and 9800gt and it plays like Crap ,No Matter the settings!
