Thanks so much for these exercises! I have lack of air when I walk, though I exercise a lot (no problem for that) with ashtanga yoga. I wake up at night coughing, which lasts at least one hour. I am trying these wonderful exercises to see if I can improve my respiratory capacity. Thanks again for your generosity. All the best for you. María
