the people need to learn the meaning of citizen',person, sovereign..,de-jure,de-facto.. until they understand that they are sovereign people, and not persons, citizens, subjects etc.. they will never be free from oppression.. stop consenting to being a legal fiction, stop buying into the benefit/debtor mentality, ... there is no such thing as a sovereign state, or sovereign citizen.. there are sovereign-people, and citizen-subjects, The CONstitution didnt GIVE you rights, rights are inherant
