  • man I love you!! thank you!Everyday i learn something new from you..Thank you!

  • Hi there I am an italian working in an office in London since few months and what I find more frustating is to hear my bad pronunciation when I speak with my colleagues (which are all native speakers)..Thanks for your lessons! Useful and definitely not boring!!

  • I have a question to anybody who knows the answer. Is he speaking slowlier than an ordinary native speaker or he's speaking "normally"?Sorry about the stuoid question.:D

  • @GallagherViki He's speaking a little bit slower than "normally", and bit simpler, but not much.

  • I love the way you explain stuff, you make things look easier. I'm talking about this and all your other videos. Amazing job! lol

  • I'm a Vietnamese who is living in Canada. Your video is really good. Thanks for helping.

  • don't say workHer, you'll get punched in the face lol

  • The only problem James is that you are confusing the /er/ in "her" with /er/ as in "computer" as the same sound...they are not. The er in computer is the schwa...namely the same sound as the /e/ as in "the"

I suggest you pull this clip off as you are confusing.

  • Love how you express your comments......

  • your last coment

  • someone sweared at u

  • Your pronunciation of 'A' within words is incorrect for your accent.

  • thank u very much ! Well i´m german but u helped me improving my prenounciation.

    Keep it up ;)

  • are you lefty???? ME TOO!!!)))

  • calendar !

  • its v useful nd funny also

    thanx James

  • Very good! There aren't many videos on Youtube which focuses on pronunciation.

  • My pronunciation is horrible, and this was really helpful! Thanks!

  • Wait, what did he draw on the board? It doesn't look like teeth to me XD

  • Big cock sucker is a good one to learn, especially if your students are criminals, or plan to be one.

  • There are 2 sorts of TH sounds actually : TH in "fifTH, THousand, cloTH (careful softer in cloTHEs),..." is stronger than in "togeTHer, filTHy, souTHern..."

    your lessons are pretty good!

  • @cocalightburger There is no "TH" sound in "clothes". It's pronounced the same as the verb "to close". Close the closet filled with clothes.

  • AHAHA.. his W is so cute.. reminds me of something...

I will never get bored listening to him...clever and so funny.. :D

  • 1:49 I like to ''Work her'' :P

  • he is HANDSOME:)All i see is this:)))))

  • Hello colleague

Mmm are you teaching people possessive adjectives or jobs

Anyway, you are doing a good job

    greetings from Mexico

  • Thank you so much! I never could say that "th" now I can pronounce very good. You're good teacher!

  • damn the mouth he drew on 3:59 seriously looks pretty wrong.

  • good work james.thank you for the lesson

  • u rocks james.i wish i could speak english like u some day

  • Good teacher.

    He's clearly a pro.

  • ...also, is it just me or his "W" and "E" letters look like little asses when he wrote his web site URL??? :)

  • @workfornuts

    that's your problem :)

  • @credalthefirst No, it's his problem. ...and as I said he's a very good teacher. ;)

  • I'm pretty sure his gap between his teeth helps him with the "TH" sound. By the way he's a very good teacher.

  • 3:58 funny )))

  • 3:38 funny )))

  • your one of a good and awesome teacher i already watched 4 consecutively videos u made,, and i think i should keep on watching some of the others..........thanks i really had a great time listening to you!!

  • good job, very helpful information. if people how much good information is available for free on the net a lot of bad schools would go out of business.

  • How about NiggER

  • Comment removed

  • @eljuandale This is one reason why our country is so far behind on education cause of ignorant people like you. Grow up! Keep ignorance off the internet especially when this man is taking the time to educate you.. How much do you know about the english language? I bet thats the only word you know and don't know what it means. Did you know your acting like a NiggER now. Grow up learn something positive.

  • @mrshllnthny Nigger please. Go be positive sucking some old mans dick you fag.

  • @eljuandale you racist dumb ass bitch...you mad at the world becuz ur azz is dumb

  • @gwenorlando Damn same insult three times in a row. Better you keep to welfare and not attempt to speak English anymore. May I suggest getting a muzzle you uneducated nigger.

  • @mrshllnthny You should probably be watching more of these videos since you and your grammar suck colossal amounts of dick.

  • @eljuandale you racist bitch, are you mad beause he's smarter than you are? you are on his site trying to learn some shit, so keep ur dumb as off

  • @eljuandale How about motherfuckER

    like you

  • your videos are fantastic. I'm studying to become an ESL teacher and I love these.

  • Mr. James, I have a question for you so would please answer me? I've been studying english over 8-years but I am still unable to engage the normal smooth native english conversations. I also noticed I move my lips a lot which sounds like I am "gay". What I mean by that is there is some unatural facial movement on face so how can I change. I hate the way I speak. I have college degree and going for masters in MBA, yet I fear going to interviews thought I have a job now. What can I do?

  • YOU ARE VERY FUNNY 2:26 HAHAHAAH

  • Thank you James!! :)

  • nice!

  • thank you

  • I wish you were my teacher!!!!!

  • The teaching person says "they said that they will have to come back later" in the sixth minute of this video which is wrong. He should rather use 'would' instead of 'will'. The person is not having the language skill himself.

  • Very helpful

  • really you are soooooo awesome ...thanks sooo much for your amazing videos

  • I found it quite intersting

  • That was great!

  • thank you !!!

  • his teaching style is not boring..actually it was really good! but he didnt explain further the "er" sound..he shouldve included "ir" "ur" & "ear" as "er" sound..maybe he was only teaching "er" sound at the end of words..but even his "th" sound was wrong with "the king"...his sound came out like "thee king" but its should sound like "tha king"..because the following word after "the" starts with a consonant first letter...but still all in all..hes good..

  • yeah, nice pronunciation class... good!

for me, Brazilian, things like that is way useful... I guess I have a nice procunciation of words... but you know, I'd like to have the American "r" sound, which is veRy haRd to get.

    anyway, James, great class!

  • i cant believe he is so awsome! i love him already as a teacher!) thank you James, u're gonna be my idol in teaching English!

  • nice..i just subscribed

  • such wonderful diction!!!

    greetings from GREECE

  • Wank-ER! Your grasp of what constitutes the basics of English Comprehension leaves a lot to be desired and I defy your teaching of non-English speakers. Mate, in laymans terms...''Fucking do one''!
